Flavours

We offer a variety of fillings for our cakes. The cake itself can be either be plain or chocolate génoise.

We usually recommend one choice of buttercream, one ganache and one choice of bavarois/other cream. We can also add fresh fruits of your choice.

Some popular combinations are:

• Plain génoise, vanilla buttercream, raspberry bavarois and white chocolate ganache.
• Chocolate génoise, dark chocolate buttercream, whipped cream and milk chocolate ganache.
• Plain génoise, white chocolate buttercream, mango/apricot bavarois and white chocolate ganache.
• Plain génoise, vanilla buttercream, Kinder chocolate ganache and pastry cream.
